I can’t sleep at night and it affects my growth mood and my life overall if there is a medication which would help me sleep and has no side effects I’d love it.

I take magnesium glycinate, l-theanine, and glycine. I used to take melatonin but I’m trying to stop being dependent on it. If you do take it, take 1mg. U can combine those supps with 1mg of melatonin too

You should fix these before you rely on any exogenous drugs:
• Avoid eating and drinking 2 or 3 hours before going to sleep if possible.
• Go to sleep consistently at the same time.
• No caffeine.
• Avoid screen time 1 or 2 hours before sleep if you can.
If all that has been covered, you can take melatonin and / or other compounds that others mentioned.
