Does anyone else get a wide face if they put their teeth on eachother

i found out this when i was like 14, i always used to just bite and put my teeth on eachother as a natural face but than stopped and just not let them touch eachother and just put tongue on top and it makes my face normal, like not wide and weird and short i guess.

idk if im explaining it right, do i need surgery

Its clenching but it can give u a bloated looking face
