The beginning talks about the 3 main components of the Indian race. Steppe Aryans, Iranics and Onge Dravidians. It then goes on to describe how Indians would look if Dravidians were not part of the genepool. Then it goes on to explain even further of all the factors that lead to the Indian race's failos.
