I feel like people underestimate how much being treated ugly growing up changes the way you think and act. If you spent years getting ignored laughed at or never getting attention from girls it feels like your brain gets wired different even after you start improving yourself. I can tell people who were always good looking grew up with way more confidence naturally while some of us had to learn everything later. Do you think looks during childhood and early teens permanently affect confidence and social skills or can someone fully rebuild themselves after improving their appearance and mindset later on

It does lol

even if you become attractive that thought of being rejected and laughed at will always be there
why do you think fat kids who went to the gym and got lean still probably shirt pull? it fucks up your confidence

even after becoming the best you you can be you will still find the smallest flaws in yourself and become hyper obsessed over them

Yes and it definitely plays a significant role in their life, some may gain confidence and learn social skills as well as rebuilding their reputation after they’ve ascended but some may not even bother to improve their social skills even after their ascension because of the mistreatment they experienced during their early years. It’s truly saddening how the world works…

lol nah. confidence isn't permanent, it's built and rebuilt. if you were a kid failo then maybe ur current situation is more about not having maxed since then.

unless ur talking about severe trauma, most childhood stuff can be overcome with looksmaxxing progress. the real damage is if u let it convince u u can't change.

Yes it does, I would say I look pretty decent now my friends who both aren’t grey rate me lmtn and I’m 6’1 but I’m still khhv at 17 years old. I had a lot of chances that I sold with the girl I liked only because I’m basically not able to make a move because of low confidence that developed with growing up ugly

yes, and you react differently, without noticing, to things that now would not hurt you. Like you react to old memories and stuff that you not even remember. The most relevant part is actually how your parents treated you. It requires a huge amount of work just to be aware, let alone act differently. Being average and with bad childhood is the recipe for hell
