I’ve been researching for the legitimacy of Bonesmashing and can’t seem to find an answer. I do get the logic of how bones naturally adapt to what’s happening to them. But on the flip side, it could all be useless and simply just give me nerve damage. What im afraid of is getting cheeks like Nocturnal Kent, where they almost look like conditioned knuckles, rather than actual bone. Thoughts?

it builds up scar tissue the bone can appear a bit bigger but if you stop the tissue will go away but it does not build bones

What he said, there was this one guy that did it for 5 years and saw great results so yes, I believe it works but it definitely isn't bone but rather scar tissue that you are developing.

Can you show me the transformation? Just out of curiousity. Although I’m sure it looks uncanny.

You wont magically grow bigger zygos or a bigger ramus by smashing them it legit creates so small fractures that it wont even move the needle and the roi is js not worth it the actuall growth comes from deadass smashing them and breaking them multiple times look at ufc fighters but were talking ab yrs of smashing them
