Does BS infras work

I’ve BS before and it’s worked for my zygotes great, but I’m wondering if I should do the same to my infras, because they’re so fragile idk if i should. Can you guys lmk. and should i use a hammer, golf ball, massage gun or just knuckles for my infras?

It takes a while, for me it took 8 months to be satisfied with my results, I’d recommend it, but consistency matters the most

okay thank you, as for your question about infras, i think it should be avoided, you could risk damaging your vision idk if its worth the risk

ive been doing it, it should work but theres an artery directly on ur infra rim so ur most likely guaranteed to be smashing that too.
