You should eat some more of it, seems your brain is malnourished off cholesterol. No but actually it doesn't unless you eat a lot and get fat. Fat's are healthy and should be prioritized over stuff like carbs, if anything good fats will debloat you. Low quality seeds on the other hand will do the opposite rep me
