does Calcium K2 and D3 work ?

I'm 5'7 at 16 and some friend told me to take calcium pills, K2 and vitamin D3. Should i listen to him or is it cope ?

Its not gonna make you taller that much, its good for bones, but if ur growth plates are closed then theres nothing to do
