first get lean also if you are still bloated its probably bcs of recessed bones imo you cant be lean and bloated only if you ate junkfood but still in a caloric deficit than yes then the powder will work but if you are just fat or reccesed it wont work

Scam city, get lean and use diuretics. Eplerenone 50-10mg daily and hctz 12.5mg a couple of times per week, drink tons of water, avoid salt.

In theory it does but it won‘t make any difference if you‘re fat and even if you‘re not, the difference will be very minor, it‘s just fancy cope
