Does diet matter for height and bone development after 17 (late bloomer)

your clavicles stop growing at roughly 25, its the last bone to fuse. So if anythings is to be impacted by improved diet it will be your frame.

genetics are, your muh micros mean nothing, macros mean slightly more but not much at all
 
No it doesn't just eat whatever you want, obviously don't malnourish yourself. If there's food in your stomach you will grow.
