Consider the dosage and duration

Will mark as solution if your answer is good and well researched. In order to discourage rushed answers, if you provide a higher quality answer I will change the solution to your answer.

keep in mind one is done on mice and on is an explorative study that needs more research and they do not 100% cover the topic
still the results look quite promising
@greycelzoomer just keep in mind lower dosage = beneficial ≠ higher dosage = beneficial too.

To protect your mitochondria function while on DNP supplement CoQ10, thats what I'm using right now. If you want to help your mitochondria function out even more (mitochondria function is extremely important overall, water) take PQQ and some NAD+ booster.

Also combine DNP with some sort of GLP1 agonist, because DNP skyrockets your appetite. Just keep that in mind
No.
research does not show that DNP causes permanent mitochondrial damage
some studies even suggest that microdosing DNP may have protective effects on mitochondria lol

now mark as solution bhai

true, might differ when you're on high dosages
but still there is no research that concludes this, so we won't know for sure

supplement with methylene blue, NAD, and other stuff

I was concerned abt the bird study where their lifespans were 20% shorter after dnp exposure, and i was thinking maybe thats bc mitochondrial damage long term
it also increases tf outta cancer risk

but being above 10% body fat is worse :lul:

methylene blue is the biggest cope ever
99% of methylene blue comes straight from dodgy factories in china

I don't think that'd be enough to prevent DNP toxicity
