Delayed on set muscle soreness
If you’re only starting to get sore like two days after are you growing muscle

No, because it’s what occur’a if your not cooling down properly. Not cooling down retains some lactate and hydrogen bonds left in the muscle’s which cause them to recover slower because of how slow getting rid of lactic acid is after using the alactacid system during weightlifting.

If you have it you're probably building muscle but it's not necessarily an indicator. I do 2 a week for each muscle and have mostly built up a resistance. Even after 14 chest sets 2x a week I don't get that sore

Yeah I notice it the day after a rest day the most
