In cases of extreme obesity on a person who has prominent orbital fat pads, yes. I can't find the pics but there were a couple guys who went viral around 2013-15 or so on reddit for losing a ton of weight and becoming chads and both of them had far less hooded eyelids in the after photos

thanks for proving my point ig. But either way it's completely ridiculous to compare the hooding of somebody above 30% bf to 13 ish %. You going from 10% bf to 15% bf will be almost unnoticeable in the amount of orbital fat you gain, but what will undoubtedly be noticeable is facial fat gain.
