As you know, Griffith is a very feminine looking male character.
His looks are a halo for trustworthiness, but I doubt females would be attracted to him, I think they would be jealous, Griffith is the twink that girls say is even more beautiful than them, but this could also be interpreted as more than admiring his androgynous beauty.
