Does high cortisol negate the benefits of high testosterone/androgens?

And ultimately cause high estrogen symptoms, as a result?
 
Kinda, androgens do tend to reduce glucocorticoid activity, so I think it works in reverse as well. It's one of the reasons its harder to build muscle if you have a high cortisol baseline.

But low T doesn't necessarily mean high E, it just depends on how you aromatize
