Trying to get 9 hours off sleep, 1 gallon of water/day and HGH + AI. Idk if height will be affected at all (I’m 20) but want to skinmax and reduce stress.

should I lift or nah

your 20, its over for height unless by some miracle your still growing and have unfused plates.

It does increase cortisol but it really doesn't matter if you rest well between workouts and eat well

The height thing is a cope honestly, I started lifting at 17 and still grew after it (am 6'3 now). It widens clavicles and makes your frame better if you start it early enough (before mid 20s)

My uncle went from 6’0” to 6’3” from 22-24 so you never know but yeah probably cope

which fucking jew popularized this shit I wonder. the goyim must be fully sedentary
I think it might come from cases when young gymcels didn’t ate enough food to compensate with the increased caloric baseline needed because of lifting so they in fact might have stunted their growth, but otherwise it’s bullshit honestly

My uncle went from 6’0” to 6’3” from 22-24 so you never know but yeah probably cope
most people dont grow past 19, but some can grow till 21 or more
