Does lower eyelid retraction affect vision, like I think this would cover some part of your eye affecting vision and shit

I think I will get this surgery however not sure, I have positive canthal tilt with not too bad lower eyelid but I'll see

no, their eyes were already perfectly in their place to see because they were already born with these eyelids
