I was thinking the fat concentration on the face putting extra force near the lip area to form a narrow lip due to the fat concentration i don't even know If it makes any sense

I'd assume it could give off that illusion since your face gets overall slimmer and you lose some of that extra fat and bloat around the mouth potentially causing them to look fatter

For me nothing really changed except now that I'm fat my lips are more curly, but I only think so.
Before I've gained like 12-15kg

my fwhr increased due to excess fat, so maybe that's giving somewhat of an illusion that my lips are even smaller now
