Does megadosing vit d3 give red undertones??

I just hopped on 60kiu vit d3
I decided to take it alternative days like 4days a week.
My skin looks wayyy redder than before, it's not even a placebo..
Anyone else experienced this?

Very temporary effect and even then it depends on what your skin was like before using VitaminD

and now i have literal red undertones... (even now, i took the dose yesterday morning)

That's too much bro. I got nausea by taking 100k in one time (that was dumb I Know)

You should take 100k-200k(max) for the entire month. Or do a blood test before taking more to make sure you're extremely deficient.

Just eat animal organs(liver) and do sports. Don't be vegan and that's 90% of puberty maxxing unless u take hgh and ai at 14 to grow 10 cm longer

i wanna reach atleast 6'
i am not vegan and eat chickens and redmeat almost everyday coupled with eggs and shit.
havent taken ai tho, i have considered. i bought letrozole but i am scared of the estrogen rebound..
