It may sound cope but melatonin helps with sleep (deeper sleep yk) and if you get deeper and better sleep+ longer you produce more natural GH right? I dont know about other supplements but it sounds alright

if you do EVERY natty height max during puberty you will gain +0,5 cm at max

sleep dosent really matter

Melatonin is not a height booster. Deeper sleep supports natural GH release, but taking melatonin does not make you taller. If you already sleep well, it will not affect your height. Height is determined mainly by genetics, along with nutrition, overall health, and whether your growth plates are still open

Well no shit we produce melotonin naturally which helps deep sleep which produces gh. It wont grow u unless ur plates r open and u used to have worse sleep. Its cope tho use gh

They are open and I wanted an answer like ,,it makes your sleep deeper and better quality" which would generate more natural GH. My sleep is not that bad but its hard to get like 7-9 hours+ if i wake up on school days at 5:35 and go to sleep at 11pm+
