idk why nobody heres posting about milk fasting. 
i want to drop from 100kg and surely milk fasting would js work better then water fasting or electrolytes so you dont need to eat anything and can survive like that african tribe. also would like to run reta does anyone know any trusted indiamart vendors that would ship to uk with the new rules idk im not clued up.
