Oral minoxidil is a vasodilator and can cause bloat IF you eat high sodium foods and dogshit. if you're fairly lean/debloated and stick to a lower dose of minox, you really wont see much difference

I see how are eating a high carb diet I am lean. I just use the high carb diet to train.

u dont need a high carb diet for optimal training performance, literally just only prioritize carbs an hour before you workout

Yeah I do this carbs before gym then kinda only protein after
