Hello there guys, I have a slightly curved cervical spine and two cervical vertebras too close to each other, is it safe to train neck for me?

Neck bridges are dangerous, enormous compressive load on the cervical vertabrae. I'm not sure about other exercises but just remember that training any muscle will also put stress on the bones it moves.

Yeah, Im not looking to do bridges, but Im concerned on doing neck curls cause I should pull my neck backwards and that could make the vertebras "touch" so thats why Im scared.
