Does no side effects on aromasin mean I should take more?

Been on 6.25 mg aromasin ed now for around 3 weeks, not getting an e2 test for a couple months which i will do alongside a gh test when i start taking gh. So im kinda just guessing my e levels based on side effects but i havent really had any, considering upping it to 9 mg ed instead? Or is no side effects just normal or am i just soyboy with high oesterogen levels
