if ur asking about the permanent position, no, default hyoid position is genetically determined and can be changed with exercises

short term, different postures result in different stretching of the skin making the hyoid appear higher/lower

What exercises are there?

So will it be better with a better posture?

exercises here:

it will appear better with a better posture, just like doing a chin tuck makes it look worse, but the actual hyoid bone won't go up.

Its genetically determined and will go up with exercise of the muscles holding it up, and it will go down with age.

exercising hyoid to top 1% should be an essential part of looksmaxxing imo, its the most malleable part of the face and such a nice feature to have (jawline halo)
