ps: this was tested by me and its working 100% but i wont post my results because of privacy reasons lmao but just know im not one of those delusional mfs who are only imagining shit but i know for a fact that its working and you can try out yourself

1. YOU NEED A RUBBER BALL LIKE THIS SIZE

2. SIT WITH GOOD POSTURE WITH YOUR CHEST SLIGHTLY OUT AND PUT THE BALL UNDER YOU CHIN

3. PUSH DOWN ON THE BALL AS HARD AS YOU CAN FOR 30 SECONDS ( the pic isnt a precise illustration because he's not pushing hard )

ps: you will notice results after 2 to weeks but you have to do it for +2 months to notice very good results

ps : i had tested other hyoid exercises beforehand like the guide on botb and none of them worked but this one did work i suppose because of the resistance created by the ball .

was skeptical at first so I did some research. Heres the important part :

But as it is mentionned lower, mouth opening exercise is most effective at raising the hyoid bone. But I am sure the technique you mentionned is worth it too and I will incorporate it into my routine. I need to raise my hyoid bone.

naaaah man opening your mouth and closing it without any resistance isnt effective at all, i did it for more than a month last year with no results at all

will this only raise resting hyoid position, or will it raise hyoid position when mewing too?

so when you mew you only raise your hyoid temporarly by pushing your tongue on the roof of the mouth but this exercise strengthens and tightens up the hyoid area so even when you're talking or resting your tongue its high without mewing tight

yeah i know what you're refering to, no i dont mew and i never did and i have a low hyoid bone and now its much higher now after weeks of the exercise, im also very lean (super chiseled face but low hyoid ) so its not that i lost weight or anything .

when you have a low hyoid, mewing will only serve as a temporary solution as long as you're mouth is closed you'll look fine but once you open your mouth your low hyoid will emerge.
now even when im talking my hyoid stays as tight as it is when my mouth is closed
