Does ramieri lengthen the ramus ?

Gonna have a consultation with ramieri so i am asking to everyone who was a patient/knows about what he does. If you know any other renowned surgeons that perform ramus lengthening that would be great, so far i am aware that augusto pary does it but bro has more ongoing lawsuits than he had patients so nope.

face looks flat due to flat paranasal area, I don't have a recessed maxilla, my SNA is 80 degrees.

Also I don't think it looks particularly flat imo, I'm content with it - at least I am not unhappy enough to warrant 6 extractions, 2 years of pre-surgery orthodontics, bimax + the recovery + 1 more year braces
