does removing one front lower tooth (incisor) cause any negative impact on facial aesthetics?

My orthodontist told me i can get Invisalign treatment however it would be necessary to extract a bottom front incisor tooth to accommodate space for the teeth straightening up, i heard that it can cause your jaw to either recess or lose bone mass though and or cause the lower lip to receed so just wanted a consensus from you guys

and i already asked if there was other options, they said traditional braces would require a extraction there aswell so it looks like that's the only option.
