Pretty sure it has alot of potassium aswell
Very high potassium, low sodium on regular potatoes
sweet potatoes have same potassium but more sodium
As much potassion as a banana for 100g

First of all, not all fruit have high carbs: avocados, tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers. watermelon.
Second of all I was saying it as a more general advice. It would be better for your carbs to come from fruit rather than grains (because fruit have much more nutrients). I get that it is a bit of an oxymoron, but I meant that rice should be swapped for fruit, it's still a net positive in terms of the carbs you consume (i.e a reduction).
