Does ru58841 work?

I've been on finasteride for a while now but wanted to add something that would take care of the t as well,
Does ru actually work?
I cant find much information about it, some people say it works, other says it cant even penetrate your scalp properly. There are only 3 studies about it.

I use it. It halted my hairloss Norwood 2. I might add in finasteride. I've been hearing they both work well together.
