If I am an an athlete who does 60 minutes of resistance training every day and 60 minutes of walking + sprints every day. I am also metabolically healthy and eat a diet of animal foods + fruits and vegetables. Will I still gain water retention for adding 2g of sodium to my diet thru salt since i have been on 3:1 potassium to sodium ratio for bloat me but if i increase it to about 3:2.5 will it bloat me?

carb is poison you only need fat

Carnivore is fine short-term but if you do it for many years straight you will get electrolyte issues watch paul saladinos vid on why he quit
that's true but vegetables are indigestible poison for the most part.
