I was wondering if starvemaxxing/going on a strict caloric deficit stunts your growth as a growing teen around the ages of 14-17..?? Need to lose weight but also don’t want to nerf my potential growth as I am still early in puberty.

if youre not obese you dont need to leanmaxx during puberty
you actually need to be in a slight proficit to grow(its pretty obvious)
and starving yourself is retarded in my opinion
