i was just confused cuz a friend of mine was given test to stop his growth cuz hes to tall. he said the doctor told him that test minimizes growth by like 40%

There is this biological process called aromatization. The fat cells (adipose tissue) in our body, primarily, produce aromatase. This turns testosterone into estrogen. Estrogen is responsible for the fusion of the growth plates, this is why women stop growing earlier than men, in women this happens around 15-16 whereas men stop growing around 18-19. I would generally advise against any form of anabolic steroids tbvh. Eat a red meat rich diet and eliminate xenoestrogens and youre good to go tbvh.
