I have to lower my cortisol by vaping and smoking, and I have to ask if it actually does anything negative to development and height growth.

It can decrease development, especially smoking. Smoking damages your lungs through chemical injury, inflammation, and structural destruction. Toxic chemicals (over 7,000 of them in smoke) directly injure lung tissues, paralysis and destruction of cilia; your airways are lined with tiny hair-like structures called cilia that sweep mucus, dust, and microbes out of the lungs, you can see an excess mucus production which narrows your airways and destruction of alveoli (air sacs) where oxygen enters the blood.

That's only some, go do some research on what it does to you.

smoking is literally linked to like 10+ types of cancer.
vaping is not better either and there's better ways to release stress other than this.
