[Serious] Does weight affect your maxilla placement? I went down from 190 to 180 and I noticed my cheekbones are lower than usual and my eye area is looking terribly round.

Yes. Losing weight will reveal your true maxilla as otherwise you have a layer of fat on top making it appear worse (or better if ur recessed).
