In order to grow bones, you have to prioritise your Calcium and Vitamin K-2 intake. Here is why:

Vitamin K-2 is the one responsible to lead calcium to your bones. As this may seem insignificant this is one of the most crucial steps before even starting bonesmashing.

The first step needed is to do a blood test: If your calcium levels are from medium to high (10.1 mg/dl)> you are probably suffering from an inverse ratio 2:1 of parathyroidysm.

The Parathyroid hormone (PTH)is responsible of leading calcium to your organs and skin and if you don't have a high intake on calcium food, it will relie on your bones supply of calcium, ending up seeming on your blood tests as something "good", but in reality this hormone when you lack of this intake of high-calcium aliments makes your bones thinner and also more difficult to repair microfractures, without allowing growth.

When you combine a great calcium diet with K-2 vitamins, microfractures heal easier and your bones grow more dense.

I've been watering mine daily why's my maxilla flat?
Bone growth is related at young ages mostly, or great genetics when it comes at microfractures

Doesn't work you will push BONE IN, not out. You can't get a hammer inside your skull and "push" bone out.

The thing is.................. you will fuck up the bones, still:ogre: Bonesmashing is just cope because people want to believe it works. Same as religion, some people want it to be true but that doesn't make true:blackpill:

Man i've been here for 3 years already and bonesmashing is like one of the few methods that might work in reality. Yeah, it wont shape your face like prime o'pry but maybe if luck is on your side you can get a little bit of growth

sigh... another one. calcium doesn't magically make you grow bones dude

no you dont push bone in the the pressure doesnt remold bones like that the blunt force trauma causes micro fracutres that grow back stronger where did you learn that by bonesmahsing you push bones in?
