Sounds like a strange title isn’t it but if you were an overthinker/ people pleaser before you’ll know exactly what I mean. It’s inbuilt that when you thought you hurt the feelings of someone, someone that’s probably has high self esteem and looks down upon you; you’ll try to correct yourself in order to reverse the guilt/ fear that you might have caused by…..over explaining. The moment I started withholding my tongue and kept talking to a minimum and only when required (most importantly with whoever required) my status has ascended further. Do not over explain, do not hold a guilt that you might have hurt someone whom you think has a higher authority than you with your words if they see you as below them. Be sharp and be quick, do not escalate too much but just know you are ready for any situation just in case.
