Drank 20 organic egg yolks that I shoplifted from jewsco

The actual drinking element was quite easy. I just mixed them with some OJ and chugged.

But then it started to come up.

I eventually fought it off with a wim hof breathing routine.

Only 1500 cals but it made me 130% full.

Weirdly my shit this morning was only about 50 grams.

So I absorbed basically all the yolk. Very little waste.

20 was too many. I'll try 15 today alongside a raw steak.
