just increase steps imo. You get to stay full and not hate yourself from starvation (and also risking out on some miconutrients you need) and steps for cardio is so verstaile you can do it while running, walking, whatever and it's very easy to measure. 20k steps a day is really good

great advice. im personally cutting and am easily getting 1600 calories with 160 grams of protein consistently you just have to eat the right stuff.
