morning:i drink 2-3 cups of coffee wit a lightsnack u cn subsitute it with coke zero
by afternoon u will feel like ur stomach is hungry but u js dont have appetite to eat regardless and if u do eat u will be full quickly
so by then i have a light snack at best like a protein chip or something
afternoon:nothing at this point u wont feel hungry at all,less appetite cuz of coffee maybe a drink like pineapple juice or sum
dinner:by 6-8pm i eat a big meal always meat my meals would usually be the same cuz i dont like cooking and thinking id rotate it like
steak,eggs,protein shake sometimes add in potatoes
steak,tuna,rice
salmon,eggs/cornbeef,potatoes
that was mainly it
