Those are US measurements so converted to UK, for your height it'd be around 8.5 - 9.5 average, so you're about .5 - 1.5 behind.
For me it'd be around 10 - 11.5, so I am 2 - 3.5 sizes behind

do you have a long or short torso? what's ur inseam, ideally i would keep my inseam (32) but grow to 192cm in just torso, long torso is much more practical than short torso imo
