Actually this. Smoked weed two years ago and got derealization that has still lasted so far. To be fair, I have yet to try medical treatment(lamictal + SSRI might help some people)

People just check r/dpdr for example and you'll find out how quite a few people suffer from it. I know some guys who got dpdr from a SINGLE hit.

Even experienced smokers got it after a while. You never know when it can come to you.

This is why I only smoke hemp and not weed anymore

honestly, no it didn’t. I just got more used to it

I have a lack of concentration and severe overthinking. Don't know exactly at what point of life it started but I guess it has been always part of me and weed just made it worse. Yeah, I somewhat got used to it but it still disturbs me especially if I'm outside. It's better compared to the hell that I went through the first 1-2 months of derealization.

Yeah definitely stay away from THC, I’d stay away from other drugs aswell. Some antipsychotics might be able to help
