just take adderall and cycle between using pregabalin, phenibut, and kratom here and there to level out the stim reducing anxiety and boosting socialability.

do not i repeat do not use pregab, phenibut, and kratom regularly. Ideally no more than once or twice a week for all three and not all at once. adderall not good for you to use habitually but isnt nearly as bad as those three if used poorly.
