I only have adjustable dumbells at home what are some key exercises that i should be doing to framemaxx and mog.

Lat raises curl variations pec flies then do pull ups push ups dips and you should mog

Lat raises, shoulder press, preacher curl, hammer curl, pec flies, weighted pushups pull ups dips and you should be all good
