What does a perfect ear look like
A perfect ear looks balanced and natural with smooth edges good shape and size healthy skin a neat slightly smaller earlobe and a size that fits the face well with no damage at all while being the same colour as the rest of your skin but slightly pinker
it should look somewhat like this from the front I'm sorry I couldn't find a better picture
How to fix big ears
Otoplasty is a surgery changes the shape position and the visible size the cartilage is folded trimmed or weakened so the ear sits closer to the head and looks less wide or less prominent If the ears appear large because they stick out strongly the surgery can create the impression of much smaller ears even when only the position changes In some cases a small amount of cartilage or skin is removed to reduce the actual height or outer curve of the ear especially around the conchal bowl or the upper rim After healing the ears usually look way better and more proportional to the face while keeping a natural look and normal

How to fix small ears
Ear augmentation can make the ear look larger by adding volume and changing the shape of the outer ear his can be done with cartilage grafts implants or filler materials that increase the height width or projection of the ear Surgeons will build up the rim of the ear or extend certain parts so the ear appears bigger and more noticeable

getting earings is also a great way to fraud better ears they will make your side profile and front profile look way better it doesn't even have to be real ones you can also get clip ons from my research ring earings look the best imo it correlates what colour you should get based on your skin tone I recommend silver earrings if your white if your a darker skin tone I find wooden brown coloured earings look way better
