I GOT THE BEST DIET TO LOSE FAT EASILY AND NOT FEEL LIKE FUCKING SHIT

Here is the food i eat at lunch(and after dinner) ,becauce fuck breakfast because we all wakeup late because we are rotting too much on this site in the night

Eggs , eggs are toptier nutrition food and high protein ~7g protein each egg = 21 grams and fills you also up alot

The other 500 grams of kwark/quark


Simple but effective way to get 150~ grams protein a day and not feel like fucking shit

don't know man i made this diet 2 months ago i was at 77kg already lost alot but also muscle because low protein

I'm impressed if you're actually able to maintain a 1200-1500 kcal diet. I guess it depends on how big your deficit is, and not necessarily the amount of calories you're eating? I'm struggling really hard on 2k kcal.. But I guess my deficit when eating 2k kcal is equivalent to your deficit when you're eating 1500? idk.

ok, does make more sense, I go to gym six times a week, also do cardio and am attending dance classes, so for me 2900 kcal is more than enough for weightloss
 
The idiot proof way to lose weight is just to stuff yourself full of meat and eggs in the morning and you won't feel hungry the rest of the day. The fat will melt off without having to track anything. Basically the Gironda diet that people used to get ripped before the 80s fat panic.

i had the most fat in my legs and butt and still the most fat around stomach lost but did it to lose facefat

It was in the begin like 2000 kcals with the gym Just compounds 4 Times a week for An hour after corona i sticked to this diet because i dont do anything now and i took a pause from februari till mid march

I've been slowly getting leaner on 3000 calories a day, and I spent most of that time sitting on my ass. :what::what::what::what::what: Then again, I've been "cruising" on 350 mgs of test weekly, so...
