Struggling to lose weight? feeling tired the whole time or not getting enough protein?
I GOT THE BEST DIET TO LOSE FAT EASILY AND NOT FEEL LIKE FUCKING SHIT
Here is the food i eat at lunch(and after dinner) ,becauce fuck breakfast because we all wakeup late because we are rotting too much on this site in the night
12PM (your first meal of the day)1 kg Kwark/Quark cheapest high protein food in the store 90 grams protein for 1.49 euro fills you up alot Please drink some water after eating this and brush your teeth it doesnt smell good when it gets dry in your mouth bad breath is the worst thing when talking to someone
3PM 3 Eggs , eggs are toptier nutrition food and high protein ~7g protein each egg = 21 grams and fills you also up alot
6PM
CHICKEN, green Vegatables(brocolli moggs them all) and potatoes
I think i don't need to explain the dinner
8/9 PM
The other 500 grams of kwark/quark
Simple but effective way to get 150~ grams protein a day and not feel like fucking shit
ANDDD:
Drink alot of water 3/4 liters atleast skip tea only makes your teeth yellow
Notes: sometimes kwark/quark is hard to find in some countries maybe you can replace it with a low fat high protein yoghurt but yoghurt contains more KCALS
