Yeah me too. It's the first day I managed to sleep with it actually just 4 hours. 8 hours is the optimal btw.

Wear it and hour before sleep so you get used and then tape your mouth shut

Any updates here

Did anything really happen:hnghn:

Does it effect only mandible or indirectly also maxilla?

I recently stumbled upon the MAD appliance (mandibular advancement device). This is also sold as a sleep apnea mouth guard for very cheap:

Worn during sleep the appliance locks the mandible forward keeping the condyle away from seated position and forcing it to take vertical load which increases ramus height.

The posterior bite height sends force through the molars and premolars promoting vertical growth at the back of the jaw.

Because the back grows upward more than the front, the mandibular body rotates counter clockwise, pushing the chin up and forward.

Can be found as cheap as 5$ on Ali express
How can we tell the difference to understand if the MAD appliance will advance mandible and apply enough vertical load?

Anyone know if this will work in adults too?

is it gonna cause any openbite , i have slightly over/deepbite
