Eating cow organs is actually the dumbest shit ever

Like try asking someone to explain why they eat raw cow organs… the only advantage the liver and heart really has over the muscle cuts is micro nutrient content which is better than pure muscle but still not really good. Beef and eggs will out preform on a protein to calorie ratio and calorie to micro nutrient ratio. Either way you are missing a few big ones mainly in fruit but that’s kinda over rated

Yea I don’t cook meat when possible that does actually lead to loss of some micro nutrient content as well as just some of the weight being cooked off which means loosing calories all around and everything associated obviously
