What do you guys usually eat steak with? Or beef in general?
I usually go for milk or something that isn’t purely carbs

sweet potatoes or fried cassava, they are manmade cultivated but if you don't mind the primal stuff then try it at least once

yes its also high in oxalates like spinach (increased risk of kidney stones, antinutrients)

but if ur like fml let me just enjoy it, then it's okay just once

or eggs and avocado they are the best combo for steak
