Cold exposure gave me Elevated dopamine levels. Similar to sunbathing. During sunbathing I easily consumed a spiritual book, for 7 hours straight, and had motivation to self improve. I also wrote that post right after cold exposure, and it was one of my best performance levels when it comes to cognitive work, it was easy to be high performing, because of improved dopamine and improved nerves.
Cold exposure gave me Increased male hormones. I enjoyed increased libido during that day, with semen loss, and I enjoyed increased libido the next day. Similar to sunbathing.
Cold exposure gave me Improved nervous system functioning. This continues to this day, a day after cold exposure, and I confirm it with dancing, everything feels utmost natural and perfect and easy. This is a big benefit to me and other people who experienced damage to nerves from years of consumption of grains and concentrated coffee with milk, because it gives you a deformity of deficiency of facial symmetry, occurring because of lack of control of muscles of jaw, because of crooked teeth, and it gives you unnatural walk.
Cold exposure youth maxxed me. My face looks younger. I see it in the mirror.

Conclusion. Cold exposure therapy, as a type of light therapy, gives exactly the same effects as sunbathing therapy, and slightly more benefit when it comes to improving nervous system functioning. I am satisfied with it. I will do it everyday during cold seasons.
